R. A. Jenson Manufacturing Company warrants to the original purchaser that all our products are free of defects in workmanship and materials for a 10 year period. This warranty is not transferable. It is for residential use only and does not cover rentals.

Should a problem arise with any Jenson product, contact us either through mail or e-mail so we can assist you. Providing us detailed information along with photographs if possible will help expedite the process. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of the defective part and does not cover freight damage, abuse, fading, water damage, abrasive cleaner damage or the cost of removal and installation.

If it is determined that parts are defective in workmanship or material, they will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Jenson Vanities reserves the right to inspect the defective pieces in our laboratory. Cost of repairs and/or replacement parts not covered through this warranty will be provided through an authorized Jenson Vanity dealer.

Because natural woods may vary in grain, texture and color, we can not take responsibility for changes that happen over a period of time. Sunlight, household cleaners and other environmental conditions may affect the color match; therefore components may exhibit subtle changes as they age.
